Ingredients for Mint Coriander Soya Paratha
- › Wheat Flour 50 gms
- › Soya chunks 50 gms
- › Chopped Mint leaves
- › Chopped Coriander leaves
- › Chopped onions
- › Chopped Green chilles
- › Coriander seeds
- › Ajwain
- › Turmeric powder
- › Salt
- › Chilly flakes
- › Ghee 8 gms

Method
1. Powder soya chunks in grinder. Crush Coriander seeds. Knead a dough mixing all ingredients adding half of the ghee . Divide the dough into two or three balls and roll into parathas . Heat a tawa and cook parathas in medium heat using remaining ghee . Goes very well with green chutney or Paneer gravy.
