Ingredients for Mini mint choc oat cake #FITTRMasterchef
- › - 25g oats - 15g mint hot chocolate ( alternatively you could use cocoa powder and peppermint extract) - 1/2 tbs zero calorie granulated sweetener - 20g yogurt- vanilla yogurt - 40ml almond milk
Method
1. Blend ingredients and add to a ramekin Top with 8g mint chocolate of choice - I use well naturally no sugar added mint choc Bake @190 degrees C for 15-20 mins OR airfry 160 degrees C for 10-15 mins (I prefer airfryer) Alternatively you can microwave for 1-2 mins
