Mini Corn Bread
- 30gm Corn meal or Maize Flour
- 10ml oil
- Flax seed powder 10gm
- 5gm sugar (coconut or jaggery)
- baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
- pinch of salt
- plant based milk 50ml
Take a spoon of flaxseed powder+1/4th cup of water mix and make a flax egg.
Add all the dry ingredients together ,maize flour +baking powder+ sugar
Mix all the wet ingredients together, flax egg+milk+vanilla essence +oil
Mix wet and dry ingredients together
pre heat oven and add the mixture in a foiled tin and let it bake for 20min.
