Milk coffee in 5 min
- 1/2 table spoon of instant coffee
- 1 cup skimmed milk or low fat milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
To make your own milk coffee. Take 1/2 table spoon finely ground coffee with 1/4 cups cold fat free milk and add 1 table spoon of protein powder.
Now whisk entire mixture with frother or spoon for 2 min
then add cold milk and ice cubes or you can put vanilla ice-cream on top... Enjoy 😊
