How to make Milk cake recipe (kalakand)

Step-1

Take a kadhai add milk in it and boiled on medium flame.

Step-2

Boiled milk untill milk one third of it quantity.

Step-3

Now take a bowl squeeze lemon in it

Step-4

Add 3-4spoons of water in lemon juice.

Step-5

Now add 1 spoon of lemon juice in boil milk and stir.

Step-6

Boil milk for 5 mints and now again add lemon juice in it.

Step-7

these processes can be done 3-4 times.

Step-8

Now you can see the milk turn curdle form.

Step-9

Now add sugar in it and stir continuously.

Step-10

after 15 mints you can see the mixture of milk turn thick.

Step-11

now take a plate greese with ghee.

Step-12

pour the mixture in it and cover with another plate and cover with towel.

Step-13

after some hour when the mixture cool down cut small pieces .

Step-14

garnish with pista.

cool all milk cake pieced in fridge and eat with tea and as per your choice.
