Ingredients for Microwave Mug Oats Pudding / Oats Kheer
- › 150 ml whole milk
- › 20 gm coarsely ground oats
- › 10 gm chopped dates
- › Pinch of cardamom powder
- › 10 gm overnight soaked walnuts (optional)
- › 10 gm overnight soaked black raisins (optional)
1. Mix the first three ingredients and microwave for 40 secs.
2. Stir well and again microwave for 40 secs.
3. Add cardamom powder and stir it well.
4. Optional - Garnish with walnuts and raisins.
