MethiThepla Paneer Quesadilla
- Wheat Flour 30 gm
- Methi leaves
- Crushed Garlic
- Chili paste
- Paneer 50 gm
- Cheese 1 cube
- Black pepper
- Pizza seasoning pinch
- Oregano pinch
Mix wheat flour, methi leaves, garlic, salt, chili paste mix well. Knead into a dough.
For the filling grate paneer, cheese. Mix the black pepper, pizza seasoning, oregano and keep ready.
Roll the Methi paratha, roast it on the pan.
Spread the Paneer mix on half paratha. Fold the other half over it.
Roast it on the pan with 5 gm butter, on both the sides.
Methi Thepla Paneer Quesadilla is ready.
