I used 100 gm wheat flour. 50 gram besan. handful of methi. 100 gram paneer. haldi. chilli powder and jeera. and theplas are ready. you wouldn't need too much water as paneer does the work for you. also because of paneer these came out super soft with no oil at all. makes 5 theplas of this size.
