Make a paste out of the garlic,ginger and chilly.
Chop methi.
Add the ginger garlic paste and the cumin-coriander-saunf powder, salt, turmeric, chilly powder,hing lemon juice,sugar, tsp oil and tsp sesame .
Mix with hand and keep it aside till sugar melts.
Add wheat flour,Besan and rava. And kneed it into a dough. Add a little water only if necessary.It should look like a soft chapati dough.
Take small balls and roll it into saugages.
Steam it for about - mins and check if it's cooked.
Keep it aside to cool for a while.
Cut it into small bite sized discs.
For the seasoning and / tsp oil, mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves.
Add the cooked dough and mix it well until it looks a little brown and crispy.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
