Ingredients for Methi Matar Paneer
- › methi (fenugreek leaves) 1 cup
- › green peas 100 gms
- › paneer 50 gm
- › onion
- › 1 clove garlic
- › tomato paste 2 tbsp
- › ghee 10gm
- › corriander powder 1tsp
- › kitchen king 1 to 2 tsp
Method
1. heat ghee in a pan
2. add cumin seeds onion and garlic
3. saute it for few mins
4. add peas and finely chopped methi leaves
5. saute for 2 3 mins
6. add turmeric salt and other powdered masala
7. add tomato paste and mix well
8. lastly, add paneer cubes
9. cook for 4 5 mins while stirring midway
10. serve hot
