  • Recipe Ingredients listTomato ( chopped)- 1 small size
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt to taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listpav bhaji masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listGreen chillies ( chopped) - 2
  • Recipe Ingredients listGrated Ginger - 1 tsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listGhee - 5 ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listSteamed Rice - 120gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listLemon juice - 1/2 tsp

Direction

Step-1

Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds,garlic saute it for few seconds.

Step-2

Add methi leaves cook for 3-4 mins on low flame

Step-3

Mix green chillies ,dry spices ,Ginger, tomato. cook for another 3-4 mins.

Step-4

Add spring onion and steamed rice,mix all together nicely.

Step-5

lastly, add lime juice and serve hot.
