Ingredients for Methi cheela
- › Soya flour - 50 gms
- › Jowar flour - 40 gms
- › Methi, Onion & Coriander - 150 gms together
- › Ghee - 8 gms
- › Spices - Cumin powder, Coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt - as per taste
Method
1. Chop methi, onion and coriander finely
2. Mix all ingredients and spices together
3. Add water to adjust consistency
4. Brush tava with ghee and spread the batter evenly
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame
6. Flip and cook uncovered from other side too for 2 minutes
7. Tasty & healthy methi cheela is ready 🤩
8. Note - above qty makes approx 4 cheelas
