Ingredients for Melon Tandoori
- › Cantaloupe melon:100gms
- › Cumin powder:2-3 pinch
- › Chilli powder: adjust according to your spice levels:3pinch
- › Chat masala: 2pinch
- › Mint leaves : finely chopped
- › Salt as per taste
Method
1. Steps: 1. Mix melons , chilli powder, chat masala, salt ,cumin powder and keep it aside for 15mins 2. Take wooden skewers or you can use toothpicks and pin the melon pieces 3. Heat tawa , spray oil very lightly 4. Put the skewers on tawa and keep changing the sides every now and then 5. Take out once its done and dress with finely chopped mint leaves
