- › 50 gm paneer 20 gm mattar 10 ml ghee onion tomato
1. 1. make separate puree of onion and tomato 2. add ghee to pan, jeera, onion. saute for some time 3. add ginger garlic paste, green chili, saute 4. add tomato puree, saute 5. add masala - salt, turmeric, red chili, black pepper , saute for some time, add water 6. in side pan fry the paneer and mattar 8. mix in with the gravy have it with roti, curd and some salad.
