spices-salt, kashmire red chilly, turmeric, coriander powder,garam masala,clove,black pepper

Step-1
marinated panner with all spices for 5-10 mints
Step-2
take a pan add ghee and clove or black pepper saute it
Step-3
then add grind garlic or onion paste into the pan and saute it
Step-4
when paste turns golden brown add tomato paste in it
Step-5
stir 5 mints add all spices and little bit of water
Step-6
now add matar in it.and cover the pan
Step-7
after 5-10 mints add paneer in it and cook for 5 mints
Step-8
matar panner is ready to serve hot.
