Matar Paneer Cooked in Coconut Milk

75 g paneer
75 g peas
10 g Butter
15 g coconut milk powder
1 tsp Kasoori Methi
75 g onion
75 g tomato
Matar paneer masala
Dry spices
Ginger Garlic paste
Salt
Garam masala

Step-1
Thaw paneer and keep it aside
Step-2
Grind onion , Ginger-garlic and tomato separately.
Step-3
In a heated pan add Butter , then add ginger garlic paste, and onions .
Step-4
Sauté it till golden brown
Step-5
Add tomato purée.and mix it well.
Step-6
Now add dry spices , add coconut milk and cook it well for 5 mins.
Step-7
Add kasoori Methi (optional), now add paneer cubes.
Step-8
Add salt , matar paneer masala , garam masala.
Step-9
Cook it for 5-10 mins or until it’s done.
Step-10
Serve Hot 🥵
