olive oil 15 ml
chilli flakes 1 tsp
mixed herbs 1 tsp
salt as per taste
lime juice 1 tbs
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
aamchur 1 tsp
cabbage and red,green,yellow bell pepper julliannes
Boil peas, grind and mix salt,,aamchur and ginger garlic paste and cook on low flame for mins
marinate paneer with chilli flakes,mixed herbs,salt and lime juice and keep aside for mins
Cut edges of bread slices and flatten with a rolling pin
Take a slice of bread , layer with peas masala and top it with a slice of paneer
Roll the bread in the shape of a log and seal edges with water
Grease a non stick tawa with olive oil and place the logs on the tawa
grease the logs and cook until brown on all sides
Garnish with shredded cabbage and bell peppers
Serve hot with Coriander and mint chutney
