- Paneer (50gm)
- Peas (2gm) (boiled)
- Oil/ghee (5gm)
- tomato 1pc (paste)
- Onion 1pc (finely chopped)
- Ginger (grated)
- Green chilli (finely chopped)
- Masala (Turmeric,red chilli powder, coriander powder)
- salt to taste
- hing (1 pinch)
- coriander leaves fir garnish
heat oil in pan. upon heating add hing. add onions.saute for 2 min. add green chili and ginger.saute for 2 min. Add the masala. roast the masala well. add little water if required. add tomato paste. cook for 5 min.
now add peas and cook for 5 min.
Add salt as per taste.
Add paneer. Cook for 5 min.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve Hot.
Note: You can make it without onion too. Just ignore Onions from recipe..rest remains the same.
