Ingredients for Masoor Mushroom Mattar (Green peas) Masala khichdi
- › Raw rice 40gms Red masoor dal 30gms green peas 50gms mushrooms 18gms garlic 1 colve garam masala homemade 1tsp red chilli powder 1tsp (you can add more as well) salt as per taste haldi powder as per taste oil i used is 5gms water to cook as per your need for this i took 500ml water. 1 tej patta
Method
1. In 5gms oil put 1 tej patta and 1 peeled garlic then add haldi powder and add red chilli powder, mushrooms,green peas,garam masala and then 500 ml water. let the water get lil warm then add washed raw rice and red masoor dal. On high flame 3 vesil and then sem (slow flame for 2 minutes) You can eat with salad or curd. it taste yummy if it's spicy... Thank you.
