Ingredients for Masoor Dal ,rice and Karela
- › Dal- 80 gm
- › Rice- 80 gm
- › Karela
- › Onion- 1 medium
- › Tomato -1 medium
- › Jeera
- › heeng
- › Salt,red chilli powder,corainder powder,turmeric
- › Garlic
- › papad 1 small
Method
1. Cook Dal in a pressure cooker for 4 whistles.
2. Prepare tadka separately Add Ghee Jeera Heeng Onion finely chopped Tomato chopped Garlic 4 cloves
3. Add Tadka to the boiled dal and cook for another whistle
4. Serve with rice and choice of veggies
