Step-1
Cook Dal in a pressure cooker for 4 whistles.
Step-2
Prepare tadka separately
Add Ghee

Onion finely chopped
Tomato chopped
Garlic 4 cloves
Step-3
Add Tadka to the boiled dal and cook for another whistle
Step-4
Serve with rice and choice of veggies
