Masoor dal namkeen
- masoor dal -70gm
Soak dal in water for overnight
Now spread it on any clean cloth piece and let it completely dry for few hours
Once they are dry ,transfer it to the microwave safe vessel and add ghee , chat masala , salt , black pepper , rock salt , red chilli powder all according to your taste and after giving it a nice mix place it in the microwave .
Mix them after every 1 min . Bake it for around 8 min at 160degree temperature. And the crunchy namkeen is ready !!
