How to make Masoor dal namkeen
Step-1
Soak dal in water for overnight
Step-2
Now spread it on any clean cloth piece and let it completely dry for few hours
Step-3
Once they are dry ,transfer it to the microwave safe vessel and add ghee , chat masala , salt , black pepper , rock salt , red chilli powder all according to your taste and after giving it a nice mix place it in the microwave .
Step-4
Mix them after every 1 min .
Bake it for around 8 min at 160degree temperature.
And the crunchy namkeen is ready !!
