Masoor Dal Kebab
- Black Masoor Dal 100 gm
- Paneer 50 gm grated
- Ghee 10 gm
- Onion 1 medium finely chopped
- Ginger 1 inch cube finely chopped
- Green chilli 2
- Garlic 4 cloves crushed
- spices (roasted cumin powder)
Soak dal for 2-3 hours
Pressure cook the dal for 1 whistle
strain the dal and keep aside.
Mix dal,paneer,ginger,garlic,onion and spices as mentioned above.
Shape them into small kebab/tikki and fry them in a tawa at medium flame.
Serve with Paratha or Curd.
