How to make Masala Vermicelli (Suji Seviyan) with Soya Granules

Step-1

Roast Vermicelli , Urad Daal and Chana Daal in a Pan till Golden Brown

Step-2

Boil 160ml Water in a seperate container

Step-3

Add Raosted Vermicelli and Daals in Boiling Water and cook till water gets absorbed

Step-4

Take 8gm Ghee in Pan

Step-5

Add Cumin Seeds

Step-6

Add Chopped Potato and Green Peas in Pan and stir till potatos get golden Brown

Step-7

Add Chopped Onion and Capsicum

Step-8

Add Chopped Tomato

Step-9

Add Spices as per your taste ( Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder , Maggi Masala)

Step-10

Then Add Cooked Vermicelli in the Pan

Step-11

Now, take Soya Granules soaked in hot water for 10minutes

Step-12

Drain Soya Granules

Step-13

Add them in the Vemicelli and cook for 1 minute

Step-14

Garnish with Coriander Leaves

Step-15
