Masala sweet potato paratha
- 100gm boiled sweet potato
- 10 gm onion
- 60gm whole Wheat flour
- Ghee 5 gm
Mash boiled sweet potato, add chopped onion, add red chilly powder, dry mango powder, roasted cumin powder, garam masala powder, a pinch of hing, carom seeds and salt. Mix all well.
Make a dough of whole wheat flour. Roll, make a ball, Add the stuffing well. Now roll it well.
Heat a tawa, fry the parathas, add ghee and flip sides and fry well on both sides.
Serve with curd & pickle (macros excluded).
