Masala Soya missi roti
- 10 gm wheat flour
- 10 gram besan
- 10 gm soya flour
- coriander leaves
- 5gm chopped onion
Mix all the flours together. Add water slowly.
Add salt, red chilly powder, garam masala, hing, roasted cumin powder and amchur powder. Add chopped coriander leaves.
Add all together, roll into chapatis using parchment paper.
Heat a tawa and cook both sides with ghee.
