Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients list10 gm wheat flour

  • Recipe Ingredients list10 gm soya flour
  • Recipe Ingredients listcoriander leaves
  • Recipe Ingredients list5gm chopped onion

Direction

Step-1

Mix all the flours together. Add water slowly.

Step-2

Add salt, red chilly powder, garam masala, hing, roasted cumin powder and amchur powder. Add chopped coriander leaves.

Step-3

Add all together, roll into chapatis using parchment paper.

Step-4

Heat a tawa and cook both sides with ghee.
