How to make Masala lemon rice
Step-1
Boil and cook the rice separately
Step-2
Take a pan add the tempering and then add chopped ginger and garlic sauter it and add chopped onions and sauté it again
Step-3
Add salt, turmeric and add green chili, mint,cilantro
Step-4
Now add the garam masala, chili powder and saute it a bit
Step-5
Now add the cooked rice and mix it well then add the lemon juice and take it in to a plate serve hot
