How to make Masala Karela
Step-1
Scrape karela rub with salt, haldi and rest it for 2 hours
Step-2
Wash in water and squeeze well to remove bitterness
Step-3
Boil till they become soft and squeeze again
Step-4
Mix all the seasoning and rub in and out of the karela
Step-5
In a pan add butter and onions. Saute till it gets pink colour
Step-6
Add karela and dahi, cover a lid and cook on slow flame
Step-7
Cook till entire masala and dahi dries up
Step-8
Garnished with Coriander leaves and serve hot
