Ingredients for masala boiled eggs
- › 3 Eggs
- › one green chilli
- › half onion
- › slice of capsicum
Method
1. after boiling the eggs let them cool down a little bit
2. add butter in the pan at sim and let it heat up.slice the eggs and put them there
3. fry them until they are light brown and remove them
4. you can add some salt,black pepper
5. sautee the chilli onions and capsicum in the same butter and them on the eggs
6. add some lemon for added flavour
