How to make Masala besan roti
Step-1
Mix all ingredients with water, milk. Add salt, red chilly powder, roasted cumin powder, asofetida, garam masala, dried herbs (optional) and make a dough.

Make round flat breads and shallow fry in a pan with ghee. Serve hot
