Ingredients for Mango Whey Shahi Tukda
- › Mango: 100 gms
- › Raw Whey / Mango Flavoured Whey : 1 scoop
- › Rusk : 1 Peice
Method
1. Blend 100gm mango with 1 scoop whey. Add some water and sweetener if required.
2. Sprinkle some water on rusk to make it slightly moist.
3. Pour the mango blend on moist rusk. let it sit in the freezer for 5-7 mins.
4. Garnish with raisins/roohafza (optional) and serve.
