How to make Mango whey cake
Step-1
Add whey protein, flour, sugar substitute, baking soda and baking powder, oil in a bowl, mix with water to cake batter consistency and microwave for 1.5 mins at 800W
Step-2
Whip quark, vanilla essence and sugar substitute to make an icing cream
Step-3
Coat the mug cake (once cold) with icing cream
Step-4
Remove skin of mangos and make very thin slices and start attaching it from the base of the cake till top. Use turn table ... makes life easier
Step-5
Keep adding mango pates till top and here you go .... enjoy the deliciousness!!
