Ingredients for Mango Smoothie
- › Mango Alphonso - 100gm
- › Unflavoured whey isolate- 25gm
- › Dates - 10gm
- › Milk low fat - 100ml
Method
1. Peel off the mango and cut it into small pieced. Cut the dates into small pieces as well. Retain some for topping
2. In a blender or mixer, add all the ingredients and pulse it slowly and then at high speed until it blends well.
3. Top it with dates and mangoes. Chill it in refrigerator for about 1 hour or you may add ice cubes.
4. You may also add zero calorie sweetener if you want more sweetness. Enjoy😋
