Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listMango Alphonso - 100gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listUnflavoured whey isolate- 25gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listDates - 10gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listMilk low fat - 100ml

Direction

Step-1

Peel off the mango and cut it into small pieced. Cut the dates into small pieces as well. Retain some for topping

Step-2

In a blender or mixer, add all the ingredients and pulse it slowly and then at high speed until it blends well.

Step-3

Top it with dates and mangoes. Chill it in refrigerator for about 1 hour or you may add ice cubes.

Step-4

You may also add zero calorie sweetener if you want more sweetness. Enjoy😋
