Ingredients for Mango Shake
- › Mango - 100 gms
- › Milk - 150 ml
- › Almonds - 10 pc
- › Whey Protien Vanila or Raw - 1 scoop
- › Chia Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Method
1. Cut a mango (variety of your choice ) in small pieces. Put the cut pieces in a mixer with milk and add a scoop of whey protien . Mix for 15-20 secs depending on the consistency you want. Try to leave to with some mango chunks. Once done transfer the drink in a glass mix chia seeds and stir with a spoon . Refrigerate for 15 mins and then garnish with almonds.
