Step-1

Cut a mango (variety of your choice ) in small pieces. Put the cut pieces in a mixer with milk and add a scoop of whey protien . Mix for 15-20 secs depending on the consistency you want. Try to leave to with some mango chunks. Once done transfer the drink in a glass mix chia seeds and stir with a spoon . Refrigerate for 15 mins and then garnish with almonds. yes,this is chia seeds 1 scoop whey protein 100gm mango 150ml tone milk 1tsp chia seeds mix all ingredients in a mixer and your mango shake is ready,at the end put chia seeds,10 amlond finely chopped and refrigerate for 10-15min so that it gives you refreshing feeling.
