Ingredients for Mango- Rice Pudding
- › 1 Scoop whey Mango Flavour
- › 70 g cooked rice
- › 100 g Mangoes
- › Mango essence
- › Dry fruits
- › Cardmom 1-2
- › Stevia
- › 100 ml milk chilled
- › Few ice cubes
Method
1. In a Mixer , put rice , whey protein, Mango essence, half mango ( some you can save for garnishing) , ice cubes, milk.
2. Grind it well.
3. Add stevia, chopped mango.
4. Serve it with Dry fruits.
5. Refrigerate it for 30-40 mins.
6. Serve Chilled.
