Mango- Rice Pudding

1 Scoop whey Mango Flavour
70 g cooked rice
100 g Mangoes
Mango essence
Dry fruits
Cardmom 1-2
Stevia
100 ml milk chilled
Few ice cubes
Direction
Step-1
In a Mixer , put rice , whey protein, Mango essence, half mango ( some you can save for garnishing) , ice cubes, milk.
Step-2
Grind it well.
Step-3
Add stevia, chopped mango.
Step-4
Serve it with Dry fruits.
Step-5
Refrigerate it for 30-40 mins.
Step-6
Serve Chilled.
