Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients list2 medium size mango
  • Recipe Ingredients list3 spoon gelatine
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 cup coconut milk
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/2 Cup sugar

Direction

Step-1

Make the puree of mangoes.

Step-2

Boil the water, remove from heat and add gelatine. keep stirring while adding gelatine.

Step-3

Add sugar to gelatine mixture, stirr till it dissolves.

Step-4

Add coconut milk and mango puree, mix it well

Step-5

Pour it in a tray, garnish with raisins.

Step-6

Refrigerate the mixture for atleast 4 hours
