- › Protein Isoloate 16 gms
- › Mint leaves 2
- › Ice Cubes 2 (optional)

1. Blend everything in a mixer / blender except the ice cubes. Pour into a class and add ice cubes. Enjoy the refreshingly delicious lassi.. 😊 P.S. I used chocolate flavour Isolate protein with less carbs, you can use any protein of your choice within your macros.
