Ingredients for Mango Oats Whey Smoothie
- › Mango Whey : 1 Scoop
- › Mango : 100 gms
- › Oats : 20gms
- › Milk : 100 ml
- › Almonds : 10 gms
1. First take oats and soak it in lukewarm water about 100 ml
2. After about 5 minutes put all Ingredients in the blender including oats and blend
3. Add ice cubes and blend again as per the required consistency
