- › Milk : 30 ml
- › Oats : 40 gm
- › Sugar-free tablets : 2
1. Grind all the ingredients together to make a little bit thick batter
2. On a non stick pan , pour batter in a small pancake size
3. heat it on lower flame from both the sides
