- 100 g Freshly prepared Paneer
- 200 g Alphonso
- 2-3 Almonds ( optional)
- 1-2 Cardmom
- Sugar Free/ Stevia
Take a Freshly prepared Paneer and keep it in refrigerator for an hour.
In a jar , take paneer , add mango , Cardmom , almond.
Grind it till you get the thick consistency. Add sugarfree as per taste.
Keep it in refrigerator for 30 mins
Serve it chilled
