Ingredients for Mango custard
- › Custard powder - 1.5 spoon
- › Milk -200ml
- › Stevia -according to your taste
- › Mango-half
Method
1. Boil the milk and add stevia to it
2. Mix custard powder with warm milk and make a consistent paste in a bowl.
3. Add custard paste to the boiling milk and mix it.
4. After sometime, the milk will start getting thicker.
5. In a meanwhile, cut mangoes and put it in the fridge.
6. After 10-15minutes, switch off the gas and let it settle down.
7. Once the custard is at room temperature , keep it in the fridge
8. While serving, add mangoes to the custard.
