  • Recipe Ingredients list30 g cucumber
  • Recipe Ingredients list10 g roasted almonds
  • Recipe Ingredients list15 g corriander leaves
  • Recipe Ingredients list10 ml Olive oil
  • Recipe Ingredients list2 tsp lemon juice
  • Recipe Ingredients list1\2 tsp crushed black pepper powder
  • Recipe Ingredients list1\2 tsp dry garlic granules (optional)

Direction

Step-1

Wash all veggies and cut them into bite size pieces.

Step-2

Mix shredded chicken , mango and veggies. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

Step-3

For dressing mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper powder, and garlic granules.

Step-4

At the time of serving pour the dressing on salad and mix them well. Garnish it with finely sliced roasted almonds.

Hi, shredded chicken doesn’t require boiling or grilling. I mean we get raw chicken in shredded form from the market so what to do with that chicken to make this salad. Else receive looks too easy and yummy
