Ingredients for Mango Chia Pudding
- › 200ml fresh milk
- › 20g chia seeds
- › 10g honey
- › 200g mangoes, chopped
- › 1/2tsp vanilla (optional)
Method
1. In a bowl, add milk, chia seeds and honey. Mix well.
2. Chill overnight.
3. Give the pudding a good mix. Top with mangoes and enjoy chilled!!
4. Note: Honey can be substituted with sweetener or can also be avoided if mangoes are too sweet.
