- › 100gms Greek yogurt
- › 50ml cows milk🥛
- › 60gms mango 🥭
- › 1 scoop (30gms) whey protein pwd (vanilla)
- › a pinch of chia seeds
1. Chop the 🥭 & 🥑 and freeze ❄️
2. Add the frozen fruits along with the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
3. Blend till smooth, transfer into bowl 🥣
4. Garnish with some fruits and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
