Mango almond ice cream

200 ml milk
1 riped mango chopped
8 almonds
Stevia -8 packets or 1/3 cup sugar
Whey original protein ( no flavor ) one scoop optional
One spoon rice flour or all purpose flour
Direction
Step-1
1.First boil 100-150ml milk for 5 mins
2.take half spoon rice flour with water add it to the boiling milk and add 7 packets of stevia keep stirring it till it gets batter consistency
3. Cut 1 or 2 mangos add it in the blender once the milk is cooled down add it and add one scoop whey falvorless or vanilla is fine (optional )
4.grind 8 almonds and add it at the end
5 . Freeze it for 4 hrs remove and blend it again
6.frreeze it again overnight
