Ingredients for Malai Soya Broccoli
- › 200gms Broccoli florets
- › 20gms Soya chunks
- › Salt to taste
- › 1/4tsp Black pepper powder
- › 1/4tsp Cumin seeds
- › 2 whole Red chilli
- › pinch of Hing
- › 10ml Fresh cream/malai
- › 5 ml Ghee
- › 1tsp Minced garlic
- › 1 tsp Grated Ginger
Method
1. Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 10mins.squeezed it and keep aside.
2. Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds,hing,whole red chilli and minced garlic saute it for 1min.
3. Add broccoli florets,ginger and soya chunks. add little water and cover it for about 4-5 mins.
4. Mix all dry spices in broccoli soya and combined well.
5. Add fresh cream in the veggie and stirring constantly for 1 min.off the flame and serve hot.
