How to make Malai Peda
Grate paneer and add stevia to it. Now in a mixer jar add paneer, kesar, rose water, cardamom and almond powder. Blend it well.
In a non-stick pan add ghee, mango pulp, paneer and stir it well.
Now add mango flavour whey. Stir it with light hand until everything comes together, leaving the sides of the pan.
Allow it to cool. Now knead the paneer mixture into smooth dough without cracks and give it desired shape. Garnish it with almond halves.
